BobFurni is a furniture rental service based in Metro Vancouver, BC. We provide practical, affordable, and flexible residential furniture rental solutions for people who want to move in easily without buying and moving heavy furniture.
At this stage, we focus mainly on residential furniture rental. Our rental items include bed frames, mattresses, nightstands, desks, office chairs, sofas, TV stands, dining tables, shelving units, lamps, and other essential home furniture. Customers can rent individual items or choose a full furniture setup based on their room type, budget, and living needs.

Move In Easily, Move Out Simply
Before moving in, customers can choose the furniture they need online. We will arrange delivery, setup, and installation according to the order.
When you move again, you do not need to move bulky furniture with you. You can choose a new furniture setup for your new address, and we can deliver and install it in advance. The rental furniture at your old address can also be picked up and handled by BobFurni.
This helps reduce many common moving costs and problems:
- No need to make a large upfront furniture purchase
- No need to move heavy furniture yourself
- No complicated assembly or installation
- No need to sell used furniture at a low price
- No need to arrange junk removal or disposal

Delivery, Installation, and Pickup Policy
BobFurni provides delivery, installation, and end-of-rental pickup services.
Orders that meet the following total rental amount may qualify for free delivery, installation and pickup:
- Bachelor suite / single room / living room: total rental amount reaches $400
- One-bedroom apartment: total rental amount reaches $500
- Two-bedroom apartment: total rental amount reaches $600
“Total rental amount” means the total value of the rental order, not the monthly rental price.
If a customer rents only one item, or if the total order amount does not meet the free service requirement, a delivery and installation fee will apply. The fee usually starts from $50 and depends on distance, number of items, moving difficulty, and service details.
For example, renting only one bed frame or one mattress will usually require an additional delivery and setup fee. Please confirm the exact fee with customer service before placing the order.

As housing costs continue to rise in Metro Vancouver, BobFurni aims to make comfortable living more accessible through flexible and affordable furniture rental.
We believe a good living environment should not require a large one-time furniture investment. With furniture rental, customers can manage their budget more efficiently while still enjoying a complete and comfortable home setup.
Sustainability is also an important part of BobFurni’s work. By maintaining, reusing, and reconfiguring furniture, we help extend the life of furniture and reduce large-item waste going into landfills.
Our Commitment
Although we provide used furniture, we always prioritize quality and safety. All furniture is checked before being rented out to make sure it is stable, clean, and suitable for use. We do not provide broken or low-quality furniture to customers.
For mattresses, we offer new mattresses for sale and also provide rental mattresses. All rental mattresses are selected from good-quality inventory and come with a disposable waterproof mattress protector for hygiene and peace of mind.
