A convenient door-to-door storage service for international students, travellers, temporary residents, and anyone who needs secure storage for luggage and small personal items.

💰 Storage Rate

$20 per box per month

All items must be inspected by our staff before the storage bins are sealed. Storage is based on one check-in and one check-out, and customers do not have regular access to the storage facility during the storage period.

If temporary access to stored items is required, a $100 access service fee will apply each time the storage unit is opened.

🎁 Complimentary Services

Free bin delivery: Large yellow-lid storage bins can be delivered to your address before packing.
Free pickup and return for orders over $400: When the total storage value reaches $400, pickup and final return delivery are included.
Orders under $400: Pickup or return delivery charges are calculated according to distance, number of bins, and moving conditions.
Removal of qualifying items: Furniture or household items in reusable condition may qualify for free pickup after assessment. Other removal services can be quoted separately.

🚫 Prohibited Items

Food, fresh or perishable items, valuables, cash, identification documents, flammable or explosive materials, toxic substances, illegal drugs, controlled medication, firearms, ammunition, and any other items prohibited by law.

Customer belongings are stored at large professional facilities such as U-Haul, Sentinel Storage, and Maple Leaf Storage. Items are not stored in private homes or ordinary residential garages.

🚚 How the Service Works

  1. Contact us by phone, WeChat, or the website Messenger.
  2. Confirm the number of bins, addresses, storage dates, and pickup arrangements.
  3. We deliver the yellow-lid storage bins to your address.
  4. After packing, our staff inspect and seal the bins before pickup.
  5. Your belongings are transported to a professional storage facility.
  6. At the end of the storage period, the items are returned to the agreed address.
