🔄 How Furniture Trade-In Works
If you have furniture at home that you no longer use, send photos of the furniture to BobFurni for review.
Furniture accepted by BobFurni may receive a trade-in value. You can use this value toward furniture you like or eligible BobFurni services.

- Renting BobFurni furniture
- Chitu moving services
- Furniture pickup and removal services
- Mini storage and luggage storage
- Other eligible BobFurni services
📋 How Is the Trade-In Value Determined?
BobFurni considers the furniture’s actual condition, current market conditions, inventory needs, and related pickup, moving, labour, and vehicle costs.
Each trade-in is discussed individually. Whether the furniture is accepted and the final trade-in value are subject to BobFurni’s assessment and final confirmation.

Send photos of the furniture you would like to trade in to BobFurni by WeChat, text message, or Messenger. After reviewing the photos, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and arrangements.
Important Information
Trade-in value may only be used toward BobFurni furniture or eligible services. It cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn as cash, or refunded in cash.
Sending photos does not mean that BobFurni has accepted the furniture. Acceptance and the final trade-in value are subject to BobFurni’s review and confirmation.
